Long-term social justice activist Stan Maron discusses his
recently published autobiography, New York Hustle:  Pool Rooms, School Rooms, and Street Corners. (Hardball Press, 2014)  Growing up between the Jersey shore and Brownsville, Brooklyn, Stan discusses his hardscrabble youth, varied working-class jobs he held, union activism, his work with the homeless in New York City, and organizing adjunct faculty.  At 85, Stan is still holding the fort, advocating for varied progressive issues and working on Bernie Sander’s campaign.
