Bread and Roses host Elliot Tarry interviews SOA WATCH advocacy coordinator, Arturo Viscarra about this years three day vigil and demonstrations outside Fort Benning’s gates and the group’s efforts to close the School of the Americas, now called WHINSEC, and end militarism.
